I have the Pfaff Performance 5.0 and love the videos (for both the 5.0 and 4.2) found at

I'm not sure how far the closest Quality Sewing & Vacuums store is, but they offer FREE, unlimited Machine Usage Classes no matter where you bought your machine. May be worth the drive to Tacoma. I was the only one to show up when I took the class, so I received one-on-one instruction and all my questions were answered! Now that I've had my machine for a few months, I plan to take the class again for the more advanced features.
