Curiosity questions for everyone...when do you consider an item a UFO?
For me it is something I have not touched or worked on in over year.
Anything I set aside to work on something else ( I guess I have an unofficialy 1-month timer before it hits UFO status). Unless it's a block of the month or ongoing project, as soon as it's not my main focus it becomes a UFO. Works for me, because I rarely work on more than one project at a time. Hence the reason 90% of my UFOs are tops waiting to be quilted.
