My Performance 5.0 is similar and it did take a bit of getting used to because my last machine I got 20 years ago and much has changed, but after a bit of playing around I think think it's difficult. I haven't watched this specific video, but watched one by the same site before buying my Pfaff Performance 5.0. It's long, but this site does a very detailed overview. Watch with caution, because after this you may need to go spend money on it!
