There is a CD, out of print now, but you might be able to find a copy used from someone...maybe ebay or post here to see if someone is done with their copy?
It was by Quilt Pro and is called 50 Fabulous Stars. You can print any size you like. I was lucky enough to find one from a member who was working on the blocks last year.

PS I LOVE your idea of doing the 3 ring binder and keeping them close by as you piece and sew

The CD I got with my book is only a tutorial. I was rather disappointed as it would have been so nice to be able to print off the patterns. I did find the tutorial helpful - but now every time I work on these I end up humming that darn song by Helen Reddy!
I cut my book apart so I could easily copy the pages. It's now in a three ring binder. It also makes it nice to take the page with the picture of the block I'm working on and have that next to me to refer to while sewing.
