I cut bias binding the easy way.
Bias binding is easier to sew, it wears better and print fabric looks great on bias:

I join the ends this way. I trim the tucked in end to be narrow, to make it a perfect fit.

I have the Simplicity Bias tape machine it works great to fold and press the binding in one step.
