one other thing. If your cutting pad has been used a lot, it may be very rough. If you cut more than one layer, the cutting pad may be grabbing the top layer and pulling it out of alignment as it goes thru the rollers. You can put a piece of paper between the cutting pad and the fabric. I just use newsprint.
