All in one room--you can do it! Think vertically as well as well as horizontally for storage. You have the advantage of space to change things around if they don't suit you, so establishing where to put the LA will make everything else easier, I'm guessing. Make sure to have lots of electrical outlets and good lighting. Our garage would sorely lack those as is. The cool thing about moving into a new space is the "clean canvas" excitement.
