If you have a rice bag, try using that on your shoulders every few hours. It'll be soothing but also reminds you to keep your shoulders down in a relaxed position, which puts your elbows down where they belong too. I set the timer to make myself get up and do some stretches, if I'm sitting for any length of time quilting.
