I put all spools and bobbins of the same thread together in a section, so I don't try to match up threaded bobbins with spools they don't belong to.
This is a great tip. I noticed when I was shopping for them that the containers are the same brand/similar style as what they sell in the crafts aisle, and generally less expensive!
