I used a desk chair I think I picked up from Staples or some office store. It is cushioned with arms and adjusts to heights. My feet fit flat on the floor so I know I don't have it too high. Its been with me for 15 years and still going strong but then its only me that sits in it too. I have 2 other office chairs, one at the PC station that also adjusts and has arms and an extra one I think I picked off the curb somewhere with no arms. That one just sits along side my PC station in case someone comes over and wants help on a program. It basically just collects dust most times. My other 2 chairs mentioned both rock and swivel so I can lean back at times when my back starts to ache.
