I have the Juki 27. It doesn't vibrate, sews a good stitch actually. The one thing I don't like about it is it's noisy. It's loud enough to bother me, but I'm used to my vintage Singers and Brothers that are very quiet.
It also doesn't come with any extra feet, or at least it didn't two years ago when I got mine. It also doesn't have a carry handle on the top, it has a hand hold at the back that makes it not comfortable to carry. Other than these two things that bug me about it, it's a decent low end machine. And it's so cute.
