They have blamed me and therefore not covered under warranty. I've had this machine for a year, and I went to this dealer because he offered such a great warranty (10 years parts and labor) then I find out because it's out of time it is my fault and not covered.
I have the glasshead pins and very careful not to run over them, I will check the needle bar.
