I'm so very excited to report I took my machine to a new dealer, I did a quick something. Told me if there is a next time leave it alone and bring it to him so he can see what's going on , and he didn't charge me !! I did buy the janome needles and a blue dot bobbin case from him now that's awesome customer service.
I would let your lousy dealer know you found a good dealer. That's the way I am. I don't let anyone get away with being lousy on my dime.
