I do the precook end as well, but I rub about 2oz orange juice concentrate and about 1/2 tsp Ground cloves on the outside of the ham. I also cut the fat flap off. Wrap in foil cook at 275 for 12 minutes per pound. If I feel like a glaze I make a sauce with 4 TBsp brown sugar, 1 tsp soy sauce, and 2 TBsp mustard. Remove the foil and brush glaze on ham a couple of times during the last 30 minutes. You can add some of the orange concentrate and a 1/4 tsp ground clove to the glaze.
