My oldest grandson (he will be 12 next week) wants me to make him a pixelated quilt similar to the picture in this link:

Does anyone know if there is a quilt pattern for purchase that is close to this pattern? If I can figure out how to do this it will be the 6th quilt I've made so I am not an experienced quilter but I've been sewing for 36+ years. thank you in advance for your help.
