if you want king sized, you will have to use 2" sashing, for sure. your layout: 16x21 charms will give you a 104x136.5" top before borders. if you use 17x20 charms, you will have 110.5x130" before borders BUT you will be short one charm square, so will have to find one other square to go with it.
