Well, took a fresh look at her. Turns out that the bobbin case is missing, going to have to replace the pulley entirely (thing is flat on multiple sides), the bobbin winder grommet dry rotted off. I was able to find all those parts here:

It's also probably a really good thing that I did not try and run her, when I took the face plate off she was dry as a bone. Even the junk had dried, at least I have a good weekend project.
