I remember the first quilt when I was about 6 months old (from pictures). It was a red, white and blue quilt in a Trip Around the World. My grandmother had made it and my mother said I drug it around everywhere. When it started showing wear - years later - she mad a cover for it and tied it. Quilts can last a very long time and I did love that quilt! Susan
