My bread machine cost $10 at the thrift store and it was like brand new.
Love it and use it a lot.
Don't go by recipes, you have to learn to feel the dough to get a good loaf. Mine needs to be slightly sticky. So use more water than the bread book says to use.
Sometimes I put Craisins in the dough.
A little practice and you have a great loaf of bread.
