I have a pastic box made for bobbins with indentations to keep each bobbin standing up in its own slot. But lately, I've started using a glass-headed pin to attach the bobbin to the spool of thread I used when I wound it, so each bobbin is with its own matching spool. Works great. I keep my spools on one of those wooden racks with pegs that you hang on the wall--and I love that too!
