I am hearing more bad things about soy in products--I can't use it because I take a blood thinner and some are advising using almond or coconut milk in drinks--I use both almond & coconut milk--less calories than regular milk.

I will try it, since I have just discovered that the soybean oil I have been using is toxic to me, and I am afraid of working with olive oil (afraid of it gettting too hot and going rancid). My eye pressures are back to normal, and no Grand Mals. Works for me.
