Quilt software
I was so excited! Yes says hubby, go ahead and buy EQ7 to use on your new Macbook.
Yippee says I and clicks along to the EQ website.
When I get there I find that due to the new EU VAT policy EQ7 are not able to sell their downloadable products to the UK. Ok, this is a bit of a blow but I follow their advice and find the UK supplier. I get to the UK suppliers website and, yes, they do sell a physical copy of EQ7. However, they only sell the product for use with Windows. I need to use it with a Mac. Well, I think, I can buy it for Windows and then buy the migration product to use it on the Mac. Oh, but wait, I can't buy the migration package because EQ can't sell software downloads to the UK!
I am a bit upset because I really wanted EQ7. I think my only option now is to look for another quilting software package that I am able to purchase. I don't know of any other quilting software packages.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
