It is encouraging to me to see people loose smaller weights over a months span. I think my crazy weight loss is coming to an end and I need to press on not to gain it all back. I am kind of scared to get to or close to my goal and then I need to try and maintain. I hope maybe some of you will be there also when I arrive. I will need encouragement and support then too.
