My only complaint with a quilt shop is the same complaint I've had with several other kinds of shops (grocery store, clothing store, etc.) I get very uncomfortable when the salespersons are talking to each other and complaining about their manager or another worker who's not there or how long they've been working without a break, or correcting someone's mistake (do that it private, not in front of a customer).....I really don't care. I just want my stuff!
