The tellers at a small bank I used to deal with did something like that, but they talked about the customers as they walked up to the bank. One day they made derogatory remarks about three customers who were coming to the door as I stood there taking care of my banking business. Finally, I asked them, "Do you talk about me that way when you see me pull up?" Dead silence. They just stared at me. We switched banks soon after. I was pretty sure if they didn't talk about me before I said that, they probably did afterwards. :twisted:
