I have kept (not faithfully) a log since I started quilting around 1989. Notes on fabrics, patterns, etc. Put a picture of the finished product as I do a lot of table runners and table toppers as well as all sizes of quilts. I use an engineering notebook because of its graph paper so I can draw blocks in my notes if I want. I also make drawings in EQ and paste in the notebook of quilts I would like to make. In EQ I make notes about the quilt to refresh my memory. It is amazing to look back and see what I have done over the years.
