I use a 1-1/2#gb, half an onion, teaspoon of chopped garlic, a couple splashes of Worcestershire sauce, panto bread crumbs, an egg, 1/4 cup of ketchup,and salt, pepper with a dash of two of seasoned salt. We add more ketchup after its cooked. My dh doesn't like it cooked on top.
I'm tempted to try some of the other recipes, though. They all look good.
