I am going away from the Whites, as they don't fit a Singer cabinet very well from my experience. I have a nice White 77, magnesium, and a pretty cabinet that nobody seems to want. They all go for the Singers and everyone wants my Red Eye. People seem to want "cheap" machines that straight stitch well and forever.??? They don't intend to give them any care either. There is a big demand from the quilting guild for the 15s to do free motion work and 201s for power and longevity. I like both equally well for various reasons. Good luck. Take careful measurements of the cabinets and take them with you when shopping.
