We keep it at 72 degrees and 67 degrees at night. If it is freezing outside, we just wear warmer clothes or put an extra quilt on the bed. The temp outside should not affect us if the temp inside stays the same, but somehow it does. We are older now and temperature does affect us more than it used to.
