I watched a class on iQuilt with Green Fairy Quilter, Judi Madsen. She did a small quilt with dupioni silk & used Hobb's Tuscany Bleached Cotton. Honestly, it was so stunning that the next time Vogue Fabrics has a sale on silk, I'm going to give it a try. https://www.iquilt.com/course/quilti...-a-difference/

I have only worked with dupioni for home dec projects so I have no idea how difficult it is to quilt, but I had no trouble piecing with it for home dec items. It has such a beautiful drape that if I needed more structure for piecing, I'd probably foundation paper piece rather than adding a fusible.
