No idea about how to store many bobbins, but those kitties sure are cuties! Be careful that they don't eat any of that thread as creates havoc and worse for them. Good luck figuring a good system for storage.
Edited to add: I have one of those plastic drawer thingies the previous poster linked. I store thread and bobbins together ...one drawer for each thread colorway.
