FB is a gold mine for quilting or any other interests or hobbies you might have. I just finished participating in a block of the week from Primitive Gatherings and without FB, I wouldn't have been able to communicate with the other participants or read the questions and answers they posted, as well as their progress. Technology is here to stay and the more you learn and take part in, the more you can find out what's happening. There are literally millions of users on FB and I now have a friend in Romania, England, Scotland, Washington State, Canada and Costa Rica. You will miss so much if you pass on the opportunity to go on FB...and don't post your birthdate or any personal info, even if you think they want you to..it's not necessary.
