Here is my recipe for fluffy dumplings.
2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
approx 1 cup milk (maybe a bit more if the dough is too stiff)
Drop by heaping spoonfuls over the stew and cover. Boiling/simmering/steaming for 10 minutes.
Absolutely NO peeking.
