I am so incredibly close to finishing my oldest UFO, which I started 27 December 2010. I just finished hand quilting it tonight and it only needs a binding to finish it. I've calculated things and I
should have enough fabric left to actually make the binding. I'll be cutting and sewing the binding strip tomorrow, and putting it on with my machine on one side, so I guess we'll see then. If I end up not having enough, I'll have to wait until at least January 2nd to buy more fabric, as my LQS is closed until then. And then it will be crossing my fingers I can find a fabric in a color that works. So crossing my fingers I'll be able to get it.
Although hand stitching it to the back might not be finished until the 26th I am really pushing to get this done. I've stayed up late several nights in a row to get that hand quilting done. I'll probably do the same with putting the binding on. Just taking a break for my volunteer work tomorrow and Christmas dinner, but otherwise I'll be sewing

Once this quilt is finished, it will be my second official finish ever. I've got lots of quilts in progress and several completed tops since I started six years ago and several I've stopped working on entirely for various reasons. But this one was the second one I ever started and will also be the second one that will be completely finished. So excited!
