The thing you have to keep in mind when doing an attic windows from a panel or, in this case, an embroidery is that the width of the window sashing is going to distort your design. With a panel, you can remove the appropriate amount of fabric so the distortion is removed or minimized, but you won't have that option with the embroideries. For instance, if your window sashing is going to be an inch, then Joseph's arm is going to be extended an additional inch. Will that look funny? You have to decide. Before proceeding, I would do a screen print of the design from the website, print it off, cut it apart and move the embroidered squares apart to mimic the width of the sashing. You can see if this will add too much distortion.
