Yep, this one too. it is the sub frame that is broken completely at the handwheel that ended it.

The seller will give a refund but also want to file a claim... ??? (ok...) with the shipper.

She was told must have 2" padding all around (this did she said)
Must not move (it didn't she said)

However, as a lesson for any who read this. DO NOT USE BUBBLE WRAP!!!!!

I hope that was subtle enough....

This was packed with big bubble wrap.

12 are un-popped... 68 Popped and flat. (the folded up part are all flat)

Nope, this is the only visible damage.

Please, do not use ablative armor when packing sewing machine.
