UPS delivered a Janome embroidery/sewing machine that they packaged for the seller, in a box with small Styrofoam pieces.....you can imagine the condition. Box was torn open case was broken...tray with accessories was out of the machine and all accessories were somewhere between MISSOURI AND tEXAS. UPS remark when I placed the claim....."no way that a sewing machine is worth $5,000!"
I told him it was worth $10,000. ..then I asked him if he would like my dropping his laptop from the plane to the concrete and see if it would work.....he got the message......So sorry for your broken machine, hope you find another one.
