All the mail in the post office at the time went to Portland to a drying room...and for the unknown future we have to go to the larger town north of us to pick up our mail. The first time I only had 3 people in front of me, something that hasn't been repeated..more like 1-2 hours. I've talked to very interesting fellow waiters

Our place is at 900 feet so we are more likely to just be watching our driveway wash down the hill
