Love the design but am a little confused as to what gold and what black to use....not sure my fabric pieces I have left will be enough , especially the black. No where did I see where Bonnie told us we would need that much yardage of one print of black....any ideas? Also same question about bias binding.
Boy, I'm with you, Terry. I felt kind of blindsided when I read the directions for the final cutting step. I had to go to my stash to look for yardage for the gold and black. I had been using fat quarters for the quilt, so nothing was big enough. Luckily, I was able to find pieces that will work. I haven't started the last cutting and sewing, because we had our Christmas on New Year's Day. We had to postpone our celebration due to our kids' work schedules. I'm not quite recovered from all the clean-up following the big day. I'm impressed with all the progress pictures I've seen. This is a really pretty quilt!
