Jones CS hand crank not picking up bobbin thread
My Jones CS hand crank is periodically not picking up the bobbin thread. It will sew along fine, and then skip a stitch on the bobbin, leaving a little loop of thread on the back. Then it will sew along again just fine. I'm wondering if it just needs a new needle? I haven't sewn that much with this needle. Any suggestions? I would include a picture, but it was black thread on navy fabric, and it really would not show up.
