Apparently that's a thing, Blue Bell. I grew up with a neighbor that made custom capes for her concrete duck statue. She had different ones for every month of the year & special ones for any holidays. Too bad she made it look so cute because once the Travelocity commercials came out, people started stealing the duck to take it on holiday. She'd get postcards & letters from the duck on its travels, and eventually it would find its way back home but sometimes not for a 5-6 months. She was as heartbroken by each theft -- especially the first few -- as if someone had kidnapped one of her children. It was hard not to find it comical ... it was a clothed duck statue!!!
