Dottymo, I'm with you as I seem to go thru irons quite regularly, mostly the steam part goes out or starts to leak on the fabrics so haven't replaced this last one as its only a year old so I'm back to spray misting my fabrics when needed instead of using steam. I am looking into one of those hand held steamers though for when I need to put steam on a quilt sandwich with fullness while its on the frame. Any suggestions?????
