You might need to order the cotton steam cleaner cover separately, I'm not sure what all comes in the 15-piece accessory kit. My brother & SIL just ordered one & it does come with the garment steam cover but there's a separate cover specially designed for cotton fabrics. We used a commercial Reliable steamer when I used to work at a nice clothing store & it was the most amazing thing ever. Heated up in no time & steamed the wrinkliest garment in 2-3 minutes flat. I keep wondering if I'd be better off with one of those & a tailor clap than with these constantly failing irons.
