I love cooking with my pressure cookers, they're useful tools. They're nothing to be afraid of as long as you follow the directions and use it properly.
A year ago for Christmas, we gave our grown four children's families a Cuisinart electric pressure cooker and they LOVE them. A month ago, we finally purchased one for ourselves. It is super...nothing to be scared of. We bought their cookers because of their busy lifestyles and short times to prepare meals which led them to picking up fast food all too often. With a brief steam build up time and 30 minutes they can have a complete tasty meat, potato & vegetable meal for a much less cost than eating out.
