Well, I went and bought it. Turns out it's a Singer 17-33. It came as a package deal with a 1910 red eye and tons of attachments, and a treadle coffin lid.

The 17-33 has a working motor. There is an issue with the pedal or the plug for the pedal. There is a plug that comes out of the motor and plugs into a socket on the pedal wire. One socket says "light" which has constant power and the other says "motor" which relies on the pedal to complete the circuit. When you plug the motor into the light plug, the motor fires right up. I want to clean and oil it over the next few days. Here are some pictures of everything I got in this flickr album:
