This is true. I had to deactivate mine on one pc when I changed. I'm considering selling mine. I never use it and now I hae digitizing software to learn and some others, I don't think I'll ever use it. I haven't even spent 10 hours total on it since I got it. I'm trying to get rid of what I don't use.
