I love the BSR. Good for you for figuring it out with the speed. When I first started using it, I went top speed where there was constant beeping and non-regulated stitches because the BSR couldn't keep up. It works much better to reduce the speed. Also a Bernina rep told me that #2 was better for swirly and circular designs, which are what I like to do.
