Another thought.... your machine looks squeaky new. Does your dealer (or where ever you bought it) offer classes or, at the very least, advice?
I'll be leaving work soon.... I'm hoping others will pop in with advice. Will have to catch up with you in the morning; I don't do email at home. I'm on the computer at work long enough!
