Thanks for all these wonderful ideas. I guess I'll always be trying to make it "better". But, I'm grateful to "have this issue"......it's wonderful to have a hobby/passion and the support of friends and family to pursue it. Kris P...I like the idea of just taking down the big board and folding up the ironing board! The good part of all of this is...nothing is permanent. I can move and put away to my heart's content. And, I'm lucky to have a complete room to play in all day. I enjoy looking at all your sewing room pictures......it's like sharing inspiration with us all!
