Default batting scraps

I sew the pillow cover and leave a not-too-small opening; then tuck all batting scraps into this as they are created. I've even given some of these to the food pantry. Someone there needs a pillow.
So far this year my guild has made 245 pillows for the homeless. too many people around making the dog beds.

They do make great pillows for yourself too. We cut scraps small enough to make them soft, don't stuff to full. If it gets soiled you can throw the whole thing in the washer and dryer. Will add food pantry to our list of charities. Thanks for the idea maviskw.
